Each vendor space includes:
• A 6-foot table
• A complimentary tablecloth
• Space to create a professional and welcoming display
We design our floor plans to ensure strong footfall, comfortable trading space, and a high-quality experience for both vendors and attendees.
Vendor Pass Allocation
Vendor passes are allocated as follows:
• 1 Table = 2 Vendor Passes
• 2 Tables = 3 Vendor Passes
• 3 Tables = 4 Vendor Passes
(Each additional table includes one extra vendor pass
beyond the first allocation.)
Table Limits
To maintain variety and give space to as many hobby businesses as possible, vendors may book up to three tables as standard.
If you require more than three tables, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate where space allows.
